The Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer is AWESOME! Seriously, all I had to do is wash the bottles and put them in this contraption and it would do all the work while I could spend time with or helping with baby. In fact, it’s just fun to use in general.

There are a lot of ways to mix baby formula and make bottles. I recently ordered the Baby Brezza One Step Formula Mixer because I was curious if this cheaper product would work just as well or perhaps even better than the Formula Pro. Since this is an unboxing, we did not come to a conclusion; however, what intrigued me was that the pitcher could hold approximately a full day worth of baby formula. The downside of that is that you have to refrigerate the pitcher and if you need a warm bottle, you will need a safe way to warm up the bottle. However, you could always use something like the Munchkin High Speed Bottle Warmer. Also, the Baby Brezza Formula Mixer did not come with batteries. You will need 3 AAA batteries. We use Duracell batteries in ours.
Some people also judge other parents for buying “expensive” contraptions such as the Baby Brezza Formula Pro, but they often do not know the whole story.

I discuss the MILLION bottle recall Contigo announced today. The recall affects several of the Kids Cleanable Water Bottles. On YouTube, one person told us that they stopped using Contigo because the silicone spout couldn’t be cleaned thoroughly. They suggested using the Camelbak Kids Water Bottles because the spout could be removed for cleaning purposes, but unlike the Contigo cups being recalled, the Camelbak’s spout is secured from the bottom so it can only be pulled out through the bottom. We will definitely be trying these.

Here is our dad hack for how to teach nose blowing to your toddler. This is a simple method that I found for teaching my daughter how to blow her nose when she kept sucking in instead of blowing out through her nose. Get some tissues while you’re at it; otherwise, it’s just going to be a big mess. (see under video)
